HMoob Language & Culture Camp
We are excited to be hosting another year of HMoob Language and Culture Camp. Our summer camp is a full language immersion program designed for HMoob youth to interact with and learn about the uniqueness and beauty of being HMoob. Not only will students learn the foundations to reading and writing HMoob RPA but they will have the opportunity to practice HMoob through various projects and activities. Activities will include learning about traditional HMoob food and learn to cook HMoob dishes, spending time with elders, fishing, gardening, etc.
Transportation is provided for students in the La Crosse area, please request on the registration form. Note, if you are requesting, pick up form camp will be between 8am - 8:45am and drop off will start when camp ends at 5pm so your child will be home between 5:15pm - 6:00pm.
Registration is $250 per student covering 8 days of camp, traditional HMoob meals, snacks, transportation, and language teachers and volunteers. Additionally, we want to make this camp available for all students. If registration cost is a concern, please submit a registration form and contact Linda for scholarship opportunities.

Time: 9am - 5pm
Open to: HMoob students who will be in Middle and High School in the 2023 - 2024 academic school year
Registration Cost: $250 per student (scholarships available)
Registration Deadline: July 28th, 2023
Please note, we will prioritize La Crosse and surrounding area residents. Registrations outside the area will be put on the waiting list and will be notified for admission.
