About the event
HMoob Language & Culture Camp is a full language immersion program designed for HMoob youth in middle and high school to interact with and learn about the uniqueness and beauty of being HMoob. Not only will students learn the foundations to reading and writing HMoob RPA but they will have the opportunity to practice HMoob through various projects and activities. Activities will include learning traditional singing and storytelling (kawm hais lus taum thaib dab/neej neeg), learn about Hmoob food and learn to cook Hmoob dishes (kawm txog zaub mov HMoob), spend time with elders, etc.
